At our modern office in Ústí nad Labem, you will take care of our French clients, process their orders, and ensure that they always receive first-class service. This is a key position where your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and our growth in the French market.

Your Responsibilities:
- Communicate with French-speaking customers by phone and email, providing quick and effective solutions to their requests
- Process customer orders and complaints in our internal system, track deliveries, and provide smooth handling of complaints.
- Keep customers informed about the product range, new arrivals and ongoing promotions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while supporting new customer acquisition
- Prepare price offers and support the sales team with administration for the French market
- Participate in trade fairs and special events
Your Profile:
- Fluent in French at B2 level for everyday communication with customers
- English or Czech at B2 level for smooth internal collaboration
- Strong communicator with a customer-focused and friendly approach
- MS Office skills.
- Reliable team player who enjoys cooperation and shared success
