Your Responsibilities:
- Customer Acquisition & Consultation: Identify new business opportunities in the B2B sector and acquire new customers.
- Account Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Product Presentation & Sales: Introduce our high-quality MALFINI products and implement our sales strategy.
- Negotiations & Business Deals: Conduct price negotiations and create attractive offers for customers.
- Market Analysis & Competitor Monitoring: Identify market trends, monitor competition, and seize growth opportunities.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Assistant and other departments for a seamless sales process.
- Reporting & Optimisation: Document sales activities and suggest improvements to enhance our services.
Your Profile:
- Sales Experience: Ideally, experience in B2B sales or a similar role.
- Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills: You have a confident and engaging manner and can build strong customer relationships.
- Proactive & Results-Oriented: You work independently, set goals, and drive sales forward.
- Organisational Skills: You manage multiple projects effectively and work in a structured manner.
- Technical Affinity: Proficient in MS Office; CRM system experience is a plus.
- Language Skills: Excellent German skills (spoken and written); English is an advantage.
